Description

Indenture dated 28th March 1865 between Joseph John Murrell of Peckham, Surrey boatman of one part and Elizabeth Murrell of Leamington Priors spinster of the other part whereby a cottage and garden at Snitterfield fronting the road leading from Snitterfield to Bearley formerly in the occupation of James Murrell and then of Elizabeth Murrell widow of the said James were conveyed by Joseph John Murrell (as heir at law of William Murrell who was heir at law of the said James Murrell) to Elizabeth Murrell for £50.
