Description

Indenture dated 31st January 1756 between William Brazier of Stratford-upon-Avon carpenter (eldest son and heir of William Brazier late of Snitterfield deceased) and Mary Brazier of Snitterfield widow of William Brazier the elder whereby a cottage garden etc. (then late divided into two dwellings) in Snitterfield then in the occupations of Mary Brazier and William Jeffs was leased to Mary Brazier for 99 years from 1st January 1756 if she should so long live at a yearly rent of sixpence. Signed William Brazier. Monogram seal. Witnessed by [l] ane Mary and William Jones.
