Indenture dated 29th September 1829 between John Russell of Longbridge, Warwick banker of the 1st part, Richard Green of Snitterfield shoemaker of the 2nd part and Robert Philips of The Park, Prestwich, Manchester esquire of the 3rd part whereby the term of 500 years in property described in DR 38/522 DR 38/523 then outstanding in lands of William Russell (see DR 38/529) upon trust to attend the inheritance was assigned by William Russell to Mark Philips upon trust for Robert Philips to attend the inheritance.
