Indenture dated 1st February 1839 between Richard Smith of Snitterfield esquire and Robert Philips of The Park, Prestwich, Manchester esquire whereby Richard Smith covenanted with Robert Philips to produce certain documents of title set out in a schedule thereto. Signed Richard Smith. Common stamp seal. Witnessed by Henry Smith and Martha Smith.
