Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated 29th September 1829 between Richard Green of Snitterfield shoemaker of the 1st part, Robert Philips of The Park, Prestwich, Manchester esquire of the 2nd part and Thomas Matthews of Snitterfield yeoman of the 3rd part whereby the fee simple in the property described in DR38/522 DR38/523 was conveyed by Richard Green to Robert Philips (Thomas Matthews being a Trustee to uses) for £234. Signed Richard Green and Thomas Matthews. Stamp seal. Witnessed by Joseph Shipton solicitor Warwick and Robert H. Hobbes solicitor Stratford-upon-Avon. Lease dated 28th September 1829 between Richard Green and Robert Philips whereby the same property was leased for one year.
