Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated 6th March 1802 between William Brazier of Shelford, Cambridgeshire gentleman (eldest son and heir at law of William Brazier then sometime since of Snitterfield coachman deceased) of the first part, the Reverend James Roberts of Stoneleigh clerk of the 2nd part, John Green of Snitterfield carpenter of the 3rd part and William Russell of Warwick mercer of the 4th part whereby William Brazier and the Reverend James Roberts (Assignee of the mortgage term of 500 years from William Mallory see DR 38/526) conveyed the fee simple in the property described in DR 38/522, DR 38/523 DR 38/524 to John Green in consideration of £70 and also the said term of 500 years to William Russell upon trust to attend the inheritance.
