Indenture between Thomas Matthews of Langley Hill Farm farmer of one part and Thomas Heath of Warwick gentleman of the other part whereby Thomas Matthews conveyed the premises thirdly described in DR38/1126 with all other the hereditaments devised to him by the Will of Edward Mann deceased, to Thomas Heath to the intent that the estate tail of Thomas Matthews should be barred, and in trust for him Thomas Matthews in fee simple.
