Indenture of Re-conveyance between John Bricknell of Milverton gentleman - Ellen his wife of one part and Thomas Matthews of Langley farmer of the other part whereby John Bricknell - Ellen his wife in cottage £500 to them paid by Thomas Matthews re-conveyed the premises described in DR38/1126 to Thomas Matthews free from encumbrances. Endorsed with acknowledgement that the Deed had been produced to Ellen Bricknell apart from her husband and acknowledged by her as her act and deed before Richard Child Heath and Francis Tibbitts. Certificate of the same date by Richard Child Heath and Francis Tibbits Commissioners to the effect that Ellen Bricknell had been examined separately from her husband and acknowledged by her as her act and deed.
