Description

An Order, following the general Inclosure Award, made pursuant to the Act of 1826 for inclosing the Common Fields of Wolverton made by John Greaves and Henry Robbins, Commissioners under the said Act, for awarding compensation to be paid for timber upon any allotments made to persons under the Award. Directing the Reverend James Roberts, Rector of Wolverton to pay to Robert Philips esquire £306-3-11 for timber upon land allotted to the said James Roberts, which prior to the Inclosure Award had been In the ownership of the said Robert Philips and further directing that the Reverend James Roberts should pay to William Wilcox the sum of £5-11-0 for timber upon land also allotted to the Reverend James Roberts, which prior to the Inclosure Award had been in the ownership of William Wilcox, and it was further ordered that the Reverend James Roberts should pay to Mary Ann Wilcox and Christian Wilcox the sum of £33-17-5 for timber upon land also allotted to the Reverend James Roberts, which prior to the Inclosure Award had been in the ownership of the said Mary Ann Wilcox and Christian Wilcox, and it was further ordered that Robert Philips should pay to the said James Roberts £6-1-1 for timber upon land also allotted to the Robert Philips, which prior to the Inclosure Award had been in the ownership of James Roberts, and it was further ordered that Robert Philips should pay £97-7-5 to William Wilcox for timber upon land allotted to Robert Philips, which prior to the Inclosure Award had been in the ownership of William Wilcox, and it was further ordered that William Wilcox should pay £72-7-9 to Robert Philips for timber upon land allotted to William Wilcox, which prior to the Inclosure Award had been in the ownership of Robert Philips, and it was further ordered that Mary Ann Wilcox should pay £1 to Robert Philips for timber upon land allotted to Mary Ann Wilcox, which prior to the Inclosure Award had been in the ownership of Robert Philips, and it was further ordered that Joseph Brookes should pay 13/- to William Wilcox for timber upon land allotted to Joseph Brookes, which prior to the Inclosure Award had been in the ownership of William Wilcox Signed John Greaves and Henry Robbins.
