Attested Copy Deed Poll under the hand and seal of Ann Boothby Skrymsher of the Parish of St. George, Hanover Square, Middlesex widow and sole Executrix of Thomas Boothby Skrymsher late of the same place esquire deceased reciting that Sir Hugh Clopton by a Bond dated 24th November 1725 had become bound to Thomas Boothby Skrymsher then of Norbury Manor, Staffordshire esquire for £700 to be repaid within 6 months of the decease of Sir Hugh Clopton to the said Thomas Boothby Skrymsher and Ann his wife or the survivor of them or their Executors and reciting DR 38/1178 and the death of the said Thomas Boothby Skrymsher on 6th June 1751 and the death of Sir Hugh Clopton on 26th December 1751 and reciting that by the Act of Parliament referred to in DR 38/1173 to raise inter alia the said sum of 3700, it was thereby witnessed that Ann Boothby Skrymsher in consideration of £700 to her paid by Henry Talbot (Executor of Sir Hugh Clopton) released the premises described in DR 38/1173 DR 38/1178 from the said Bond for £700. Witnessed by E. Antrobus and Thomas Whitfield. Attested 1st April 1845 by Edward J. B. Jellicoise and Matthew Marshall.
