Description

Indentures of Bargain and Sale enrolled between David Cooper of North End in the Parish of Fulham, Middlesex gardener and Rebecca his wife of the 1st part, Edward Cooper of Pelham Street in the Hamlet of Spittlefields in the Parish of St. Dunstan, Stabenheath alias Stepney, Middlesex weaver of the 2nd part and Anthony Beckwith of Bow Churchyard, London gentleman of the 3rd part whereby David Cooper and Rebecca his wife in consideration of £500 to them paid by Edward Cooper granted to the said Edward Cooper the premises limited to David Cooper by DR 38/1212 and being part of the lands described in DR 38/1202 DR 38/1207 to the use of Edward Cooper and his heirs for ever and to the further use that he the said David Cooper and Rebecca his wife should suffer a Recovery of the said premises, Anthony Beckwith being Demandant to enure to the use of Edward Cooper and his heirs for ever. Bonnett.
