Welcombe Culworth

Description

Copy Will of Edward Howse of Stuchbury, Northamptonshire grazier whereby he made certain devises of land in Culworth, Northamptonshire and after making certain bequests he bequeathed to and devised all his ready money, Securities, Mortgages in fee or for years and all the residue of his real and personal estate subject to the payment of legacies etc. to his nephew William Howse his heirs, executors and assigns whom he appointed sole Executor. Witnessed by the mark of Sarah Taylor (servant to Mr. Howse0, William Key, schoolmaster at Helmdon and George Thomas attorney, Helmdon. Codicil dated 3rd February 1774. Proved at London 17th March 1774.
