Office Copy Will of Elizabeth Wyment of Daventry, Northamptonshire spinster whereby she made certain bequests of personal property to her sisters and mother and she devised and bequeathed her Mortgages in fee or for years, Securities, Bonds etc. to the Reverend James Affleck of Finedon, Northamptonshire clerk, William Deacon of Daventry gentleman and the Testatrix's brothers-in-law Samuel Montgomery and Henry Bagshaw Harrison of Daventry upon trust to sell and to pay all debts etc. thereout and to pay the profits thereof to Sarah Wyment for her life or until marriage (and if she should then to marry, to Testatrix's three sisters Sarah Wyment, Mary Montgomery and Catherine Harrison equally), remainder after the death of Sarah Wyment to Mary Montgomery and Catherine Harrison equally subject to certain legacies therein specified, and the Testatrix appointed the said James Affleck, William Deacon, Samuel Montgomery and Henry Bagshaw Harrison her Executors. Witnessed by Ann Nevil, William Whitaker and by the mark of Elizabeth Rogers. Proved at London 1st July 1769.
