Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated 29th June 1723 between David Cooper of North End in the Parish of Fulham, Middlesex gardener and Rebecca his wife of the 1st part, Edward Cooper of Pelham Street in the Hamlet of Spittlefields in the Parish of St. Dunstan, Stebenheath alias Stepney, Middlesex weaver of the 2nd part and Anthony Beckwith of Bow Churchyard, London gentleman of the 3rd part whereby David Cooper and Rebecca his wife in consideration of £500 to them paid by Edward Cooper, conveyed to Edward Cooper all that one yard and a half yard land lying in the Common Fields of Old Stratford, Bishopton Shottery and Welcombe formerly in the occupations of Richard Robbins and John Burman, limited to David Cooper by DR 38/1212 and being parcel of the lands described in DR 38/1202 DR 38/1207 to the use of the said Edward Cooper and his heirs for ever and to further use that he the said David Cooper and Rebecca his wife should suffer a Recovery of the said premises, Anthony Beckwith being Demandant to enure to the use of Edward Cooper and his heirs for ever. Lease dated 28th June 1723 for one year by David Cooper to Edward Cooper of the same property. Signed David Cooper. Sealed and witnessed as before.
