Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated 8th February 1793 between George Lloyd the younger of Welcombe Lodge esquire (eldest son and heir of John Lloyd late of Snitterfield esquire deceased) of the 1st part, William Carey Hawkesworth of Chancery lane, Middlesex gentleman of the 2nd part and Robert Green of the Parish of St. Clement, Worcester gentleman of the 3rd part whereby the premises referred to in DR 38/1286 were conveyed to William Carey Hawkesworth by George Lloyd (in consideration of 5/- to him paid by William Carey Hawkesworth) for the purpose of barring the estate tail of the said George Lloyd limited by DR 38/1291 and to the use that a Common Recovery might be suffered of the premises, William Carey Hawkesworth being Tenant, Robert Green Plaintiff, such Recovery to the use and benefit of George Lloyd and his heirs for ever. Signed George Lloyd and William Carey Hawkesworth. Seal, a man's head and shoulders. Witnessed by Thomas Bird and William Dester. Lease dated 7th February 1793 for one year of the same premises by George Lloyd to William Carey Hawkesworth. Signed George Lloyd. Sealed and witnessed as before.
