Record of the verdict of the Jury at the Spring Assizes at Warwick 1834, in a suit between Charles Warde (an infant of 18 years) by his father the Reverend Thomas Warde clerk versus Charles Lyndon, John Morford Cottle, John Galemiel Lloyd and Fisher Tomes by which the Jury found that George Lloyd devised the freehold estates in manner and form as the said Charles Warde had alleged and assessed damages to the Plaintiff over and above his costs in that suit.
