Indenture between William Baker of Stratford-upon-Avon gentleman of one part and Edward Draper of Bubnell [Bubbenhall?] gentleman of the other part whereby William Baker in consideration of a marriage then solemnised between him and Anne, daughter of Thomas Simmes late of Coventry gentleman deceased granted Edward Draper and his heirs 4 closes or meadows with the appurtenances called the Upper part and Middle of Frames Closes containing 20 acres situate in the parishes or fields of Stratford-upon-Avon, Bishopton and Hampton Lucy and then in the tenure of Thomas Evitts and William Hopkins to the use of William Baker and Anne his wife for their lives and the survivor of them remainder to the use of the heirs of the body of William Baker and Anne his wife begotten and in default of such issue to the right heirs of William Baker.
