Description

Copy Will of Richard Newland of Stratford-upon-Avon gentleman whereby he devised to his sister Mary Newland all his real estate of which he should die seised and personal, and he bequeathed to William Warrilow and William Gibbs two of his Executors £50 each and he bequeathed to all the residue of his personal estate to his said sister Mary Newland and appointed Mary Newland, William Warrilow of Stratford-upon-Avon writing master and William Gibbs of Alveston farmer his Executrix and Executors. Witnessed by Richard Swaine of Stratford-upon-Avon and Robert Bell Wheler attorney Stratford-upon-Avon. Testator died on 21st December 1854. Will proved at Canterbury 7th February 1855 by all the Executors.
