Conveyance by lease and release from Thomas Sharshaw, Stratford-upon-Avon, butcher to William Hill, Stratford-upon-Avon, supervisor of excise, of. a messuage or tenement, garden and premises in the parish of Old Stratford, Warwickshire, in the occupation of the said Hill, being one of six cottages lately erected by Sharshaw upon a plot of ground bought by him form Thomas Cresswell, Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, for £226. The release also involves Richard Bennett, Stratford-upon-Avon, victualler, one of the parties to an appointment in trust by sharshaw, dated 17 18 April 1817. Signed and sealed by all three pa rties
