Navigation of the Avon. Agreement between John Welchman Whateley of Edgbaston Hall and others the owners and Ann Ryland of Barford, purchaser, of The Lower and Upper Ham under a lease and Release of April 5-6, 1831, by which John Oldaker conveyed them to Whately with the rights of way in and to the Bed and Soil of the River. Covenant to deliver an abstract or Title.
