Description

Covenant between Andrew Archer of Umberslade, esquire, and Thomas Archer, esquire, his son and heir, of the first part, John Waller of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex, gentleman, of the second part and Richard Slowe of Solihull, gentleman, and John Shuckburgh of Boreton Hall, esquire, of the third part, being a conveyance by way of lease and release from the said Thomas and Andrew to the said John Waller of lands divided into several parcels called Olton close alias Okenclose lying in Solyhull formerly in the tenure of Thomas Huglesford, gentleman, reciting DR37/1/2608, DR37/1/2613 and DR37/1/2633 as far as they relate to the said property; also a messuage and about 30 acres of land in Tanworth formerly in the tenure of John Sly, then of William Malings, clerk, vicar of Tanworth, with another messuage and about 5 acres of land in Tanworth adjoining Monkspath street, in the tenure of Thomas Whateley and a cottage and one acre in Tanworth in the tenure of Richard Whateley; in order to create a tenant to the praecipe for a recovery to be suffered with the said John Shuckburgh as plaintiff; to hold the said lands in Solihull to the use of the said Richard Slowe and the said property in Tanworth to the use of the said Andrew and Thomas Archer.
