Description

Attested copy of a conveyance by lease and release being a covenant between William Jesson of Sutton Coldfield, esquire, son and heir of Pudsey Jesson of Langley Hall in Sutton Coldfield, esquire, deceased, by Elizabeth his wife, deceased, to Richard Hill of Leicester, gentleman, with Richard Bond of St. Andrew, Holdorn, Middx., gentleman, to lead the uses of a recovery, [DR37/1/2668], of the manor of Langley and messuages and lands in Langley, Wiggins Hill, Little Sutton and Maney in Sutton Coldfield, Wishaw, and Curdworth and other messuages and lands in Berkswell, Nuthurst, Coventry, Warwickshire, and Knaptoft, which property is described in DR37/1/2665; to hold to the use of the said Richard Bond to be created a perfect tenant of the praecipe so that the said recovery may be suffered in favour of the said Richard Hill, with the said William Jesson as vouchee.
