Quitclaim with warranty from Thomas atte Mulne of Henley in Ardena to Robert Halughton' of Ulnhale next to Henley in Ardena of the property in the tenure of the said Robert in two fields with cartilages and gardens in Ulenhale next to the chapel, which property was called Chircheyardesthyngs and another croft in Ulenhale called le Cokeslond' and another croft called le Longecroft in the field of Ulenhale with a meadow called Smythes medwe, formerly belonging to Margery Chircheyarde and which the said Robert held by the demise of the said Thomas; to hold for ever. Dated at Ulnehale on the feast of St. Valentint the martyr 9 Henry V. Witnesses: John atte Necheles, John Pigeon', Thomas Margery, Robert Symondes, Simon Gettyng', Geoffrey Perkyns of Ulnehale and others.
