Gift with warranty from Richard Feoste of Studley, yeoman, to Edward Holiock of Tanworthe, yeoman, for £23 of a field, meadow and pasture with feeding called Pyttfeld' divided into 4 parts lying in the lordship of Ulnall in Wawens Wotton alias Wotton Waawen, extending in length from the road leading from le Halle ende to Birmingham on the west to the land formerly of Thomas Grenne on the east and on the south the mire in the occupation formerly of John Gill, husbandman, with woods, subwoods, waters and all rights pertaining to the same; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
