Gift with warranty from John de la Fenne and Joan his wife to Roger de Coningesby and Joan his wife of a piece of land belonging to a croft in Ullenhale lying between the land of the said Roger and the ditch of the said John and also a piece of meadow with 4 selions containing three perches in breadth and abutting on the headland above the said ditch to the King's highway and another headland abutting on the land of the said Roger according to its metes and bounds; to hold for ever, rendering annually to the said John and Joan one rose on the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist.
