Quitclaim with warranty from Thomas Collins of Warwick gentleman and Margaret his wife, daughter and heir of Thomas Jenkes alias Hankinson late of Warwick wheelwright, deceased, to William Edmonds of Wybheath [sic], Worcs., gentleman and Katherine King of Warwick widow for £15 of the messuage, orchard and garden in Northgatestreet in Warwick called the Stonehowse being sometimes the land of Thomas Jenks alias Hankinson, grandfather of the said Margaret [see DR37/1/2758-2760, and DR37/1/2766]; to hold to the said Katherine for ever; with covenant between the same that the said Thomas and Margaret shall before Trinity term next levy a fine of the said property to the said Katherine at the cost of the said William, provided that the said Thomas and Margaret shall have to travel no further than Warwick to acknowledge the said fine.
