Conveyance by way of lease and release (lease missing) from Thomas Smith of Warwick, Feltmaker, and Joan his wife, daughter of Richard Walter deceased, and William Fowkes of Warwick tailor to Thomas Archer of Warwick esquire for £72 of a messuage in Jurystreet, Warwick, in the tenure of Katherine Massey, Sara Hancox and Thomas Smith, lying between a messuage in the tenure of David Raynbow on the east side and a messuage in the tenure of the said Thomas Smith on the west side; to hold for ever.
