Gift from Geoffrey Rono of Warrewyk, Willim Bateman of the same, Robert Symondes of the same and John Fox all of Rowyngton' to Thomas Symondes of Warr' and Matilda his wife of a tenement with two cottages adjacent to the same and with a garden, toft, croft, ditches, hedges, meadows, pastures, feedings, reversions and commodities, being on the outskirts of Warr' in le Weststret between the messuage of William Rychardes on the one hand and the lane called Walkerstret on the other hand in breadth and extending in length from the King's highway to the same lane, according to its metes and bounds, which property the said grantors held by the gift and feoffment of Thomas Symondes; to hold from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service for the lives of the said Thomas and Matilda and then to hold to the heirs of the said Thomas Symondes.
