Description

Demise with warranty from Walter de Hereford to Hugh de Granderston', Richard Mountfort', Thomas de Kyngton, Edmund, Richard and John, sons of the said grantor, and Alice and Joan, daughters of the said grantor, of all his lands and tenements in Whiteleye, excepting the land and meadow which the said Walter held for his life by the demise of Henry de Schiteleye and John de Stanford and the land and meadow which the said Walter held by right of his wife; to hold for their lives, rendering annually to the said Walter for his life 100s. at Christmas, and then to hold for ever in fee to the said Hugh, Richard, Thomas, Edmund, Richard, John, Alice and Joan, rendering annually to the said heirs of the said Walter one rose at the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist. Dated at Whiteleye Thursday on the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist, 35 Edward III.
