Gift with warranty from Richard Catesby knight to Hugh Marvyn' and Alice his wife for £20 of lands and tenements in Henley in Ardena, Bewdesert, Whytley and Wotton' Wawen', namely two tenements with gardens and crofts adjacent to the same lying in Henley in breadth between the tenement of Henry Turner on the south and the tenement of William Flemynge on the north and extending in length from the High street of Henley on the east to the common field of Henley on the west, also a tenement with a garden and croft adjacent to the same in Henley lying in breadth between the tenement of John Harper on the south and a tenement of the Gild of Henley on the north and extending in length from the said High street on the east to the garden and croft of the said John Harper on the west, also a garden in Henley lying in breadth between two gardens of the said Gild and extending in length from the lane called Barblane to the stream called the Barrebroke, also a pasture with two closes of land called Lymseyd lying in Bewdesert, also a croft lying in the field called Wybardesfylde and an acre of land lying in Bollam crofte and one other acre lying in the field of Whytley, also 6 selions of arable land lying in the field of Wotton' Wawen' next to the lane there, and extending in length from the highway leading from Henley to Wotton' Wawen' on the west to the mill there on the east; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service; appointment by the said Robert Catesby of Roger de Shirburne as his attorney to deliver seisin of the said property to the said Hugh and Alice.
