Lease from William Whaytley of Henley in Arden', yeoman, to Richard Robarts of the same, yeoman, for £3 of a tenement, garden, orchard and two crofts in Henley, lying between the land late pertaining to the Guild of Henley on the south and the land of Edmond Dockerde on the north and arable land in the common fields of Wotton', Whaytley and Henley pertaining to the said tenement and 12d. annual rent from certain lands in Ulnall; to hold from Michaelmas next for 6 years, rendering annually one red rose on the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist [24 June] in lieu of all duties and demands, and also rendering to the said William £3 after the first four years of the said term and after that rendering annually for the residue of the said term 30s.
