Covenant between Edward Holiok of Tanworthe yeoman and Richard Froste of Studley yeoman being an agreement that indentures of bargain and sale dated 20 October 11 Elizabeth [1569] of a field called Pittfelde now divided into four parts and being in Ulnall in the occupation of John Hill, the said deed having been made by the said Richard to the said Edward shall stand on condition that if the said Richard shall pay the said Edward on the feast of St. Simon and Jude 1572 between the hours of eight and twelve o'clock £32 6s. 8d. at one payment then the said deed of bargain and sale shall be void but otherwise stand in full force.
