Further assurance with warranty from Richard Barret and William Walton' of a quitclaim by the said Richard Barret and William Walton' to Richard Smythe, son and heir of Thomas Smythe formerly of Ulnall in Wotton' Wawen', deceased, of a tenement with a croft adjacent to the same, formerly belonging to Humfrey Conysbye gentleman, lying at Hall ende grene in Wotton' Wawen', also a croft of land called Hobdyche formerly belonging to Thomas Stokes gentleman, lying in Ulnall and also a small meadow called Pynkes formerly belonging to the said Thomas Stokes gentleman, lying in Ulnall, which land Peter Not deceased formerly held by the gift and feoffment of Thomas Smyth, father of the said Thomas Smyth deceased by indentures of 16 April 1 and 2 Philip and Mary [ ]; to hold for ever.
