Lease from John Dormer of Steple Barton, Oxon., esquire, to Ralph Woodward of Alchurche, Worc., for £50 of the capital messuage with land, tenements, meadows, leaseowes and pastures called Boteley in Wotton' Wawen' now or late in the several tenures of the said Ralph and others and which lately were the inheritance of Richard Archard esquire, deceased,; to hold for 21 years, rendering annually £4. 14s. 5d. [2 terms], the said John having the right of distraint if the said rent were unpaid or in arrears one month beyond any of the said terms and the right of re-entry if the said rent were unpaid or in arrears two months beyond any of the said terms; the said Ralph to keep the said capital messuage and all other buildings on the said property and all mounds in good repair during the said term.
