Lease from Master Richard Archarde of Tanworthe esquire to William Kenyon of Henley yeoman a close called Bottley lying in breadth from the highway that goes from Henley to Tanworth' and in length lying from a close of Master Catisby to a land that goes to the Myllde meadow of Henley; to hold for 21 years, rendering annully 12s. [2 terms], the said Richard having the right of distraint if the said rent were unpaid or in arrears one month beyond any of the said terms and the right of re-entry if the said rent were unpaid or in arrears six weeks beyond any of the said terms; the said William to have sufficient tynsell to mound the said ground.
