Grant from Philip de Aylesbury to Richard [atte G]rannge chaplain of my manor in the vill of Edrycheston' with all obligations belonging thereto. And I give to said Richard all my lands and tenement, rents and returns and services from all my tenants free and villein in the vill and lands of Merston Botiller, Wychenhay, Dodeston, Toneworthe with all their appurtenances. To have and hold said manor of Edricheston with all appurtenances and above land to tenements, rents and reversions, etc. to said Richard, heirs and assigns from chief lord of fee for services due therefrom.
