Description

Mortgage from Thomas Archer of Umberslade esquire to Ann Archer of St. George's, Hanover Square, Middlesex, spinster, reciting a previous mortgage from the said Thomas to the said Ann of certain lands in Claverdon to secure £6,000, which security has been reduced when the said Ann permitted the said Thomas to fell trees in Gannaway Grove, of wood ground called Matthewes Grove or Aylesbury land grove, containing 30 acres in Tanworth, then in the tenure of the said Thomas; for 1,000 years to secure the remainder of the said £6,000.
