Gift with warranty from Hugh le Marechal of Auenederset and Alice his wife to John de Rale and Joan his wife of 7 acres of arable land lying in the fields of Auenederset of which 31/2 acres lay in the east field namely half-acre lying towards Schytereshul between land of Roger de Mussenden' and John Ennoc, half-acre under Stepenhul next to land of the said Roger, half-acre in Caldewellebrokes next to land of the said Roger, half-acre extending into Wolfredeswell' next to land of the said Roger, . acre lying at the mill next to land of the said Roger, one chief . acre extending into Symunddessych' next to land of John Enoc and half-acre extending into the garden of Richard, son of Athelin', next to land of the said Roger; 31/2 acres in the West field, namely half-acre on le Tounforlonges oposite the garden of Hugh, son of Rannulph, next to land of the said Roger, one acre lying towards Behul between land of the said Roger and John Ennoc, one-and-a-half acres with a piece of land called Chykyn lying on le Were next to land of the said Roger and half-acre lying in Grenemor next to land of the said Roger; half-virga+te of meadow except one perch lying in the common meadow of Auenderset next to the meadow of Henry son of Gilbert; 9 perches lying piecemeal in the said common meadow of which 21/4 perches lay at Morlowe between the demesne meadow of Auenederset and meadow of Richard Athelin', 21/4 perches lying under Madeclyue between the said demesne meadow and that of the said Richard, 21/4 perches lying next to the road leading towards Molinton' between the said demesne meadow and that of the said Richard and 23/4 perches lying on Middeldole between the said demesne meadow and that of the said Richard; and pasture for one animal and 40 sheep in the inner and outer pasture wherever the sheep and animals of the grantor were accustomed to pasture; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary services, free from all secular services and suit of court.
