Gift with warranty from William le fiz Aer to John Gurmound of Knyghtecote of a messuage with a curtilage which Robert le Blount formerly held in Farneborough' and also 12 acres of arable land and one wood lying in the fields of the vill of Farneborough', of which 7 acres and one rood lay in the field towards Caltercote, one acre in the said field in a furlong called Houndesfeld between the land lately held by Robert Chaunterel on the one hand and the land of the parson on the other; 5 acres with headlands in the same field in a furlong called Coppedemor between the land of Philip Rowel on the one hand and the land of Henry son of Henry le Mareschal on the other; 3 roods and a piece of adjacent meadow in the same field next to the meadow called Coppedemede; half-acre of land with a piece of meadow adjacent in the same field between Claterham mor on the one hand and the land of the parson on the other; one acre lying in the same field on Stonyhurste between the land of Sir John de Raule on the one hand and the land of Philip de Fylungleye on the other; 2 acres with headlands in the same field on Farneborough' hull' between the land of John Kynehull' of Mollynton' on the one hand and the highway on the other; 5 acres in the field towards Compton' of which one acre with headlands lay in Holdewellesich' between the land of Sir John de Raule on the one hand and the land which belonged to Henry Wisman on the other, half-acre in the same field on Holughwellesleye next to the land of John de Grymesbury, half-acre with headlands in the same field on le Whyteotlond next to the land which belonged to the said Robert le Chaunterel on the one hand and the land of Ralph de Warmyngton' on the other, half-acre in the same field on Compton'brok' next to the land of William Botild, half-acre in the same furlong between the land of the said John de Grymesbury on the one hand and the land of the said Ralph de Warmynton' on the other, one acre of land in the same field on le Berefurlong' which Gilbert Toue formerly held and one acre in the same field on le Muchelehorestonesforlong next to the land of the said Philip Rower; also all meadowland of the grantor in le Coppedemor together with pasture for two draught animals in Hemehay, belonging to lands and tenements formerly belonging to Gilbert Toue; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee, rendering annually to the same half-pence and a pair of gloves, price half-a-pence, at Easter in lieu of all secular services.
