Description

Gift with warranty by Roger, son of Richard Sowe of Chesterton, to Robert, son of Richard le Harpour of Chesterton, of half nad acre of land, and one rood in the fields and territory of Chesterton, of which half an acre lies between land of Thomas Pype on one side and land of Allen Michel on the other and extends in length to Rugway; one rood lies at the end of the field called Berndone between land of Richard Broun and Hudline Humfrey. Paying annually during life of 'grantor to Richard, son of Richard Baldewyne, two silver pence in lieu of all serviec and demands.
