Gift with warranty from William de Boys of Kenilleworth' to John Coco of Astleye of a chief tenement of the grantor lying between the land which John le Ropere formerly held on the one hand and the land of Peter de Hulle on the other in breadth and extending from the highway as far as le Fennylone in length, 2 selions of land in le Barrefeld' lying between the land of John Scot and the land of John Bosse in breadth and extending from le Fennilone as far as the land of Robert Starel in length, 7 butts with adjacent meadow in the said field between the land of Robert Starel and the land which Henry le Mason de Broke formerly held in breadth and extending from the land of John Bosse as far as the meadow of the lord's castle of Kenill' in length and also 31/2d. annual rent from John le Ropere or his heirs and 4d. annual rent from Jordan Walter or his heirs; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
