Gift with warranty from Simon son of Maurice de Kynewart' to William son of Robert Brun of Alincestr' for his service of 2 acres and 1 fither of land in Kynewarton' of which 1 acre lay upon Rowenhul next to the land held by William de Stok', the fither on the same furlong next to the land held by Robert Parsun and the land of John Ede, half-acre next to the croft of the said John and half-acre at Merdich' between the land of John Ede and the land of John de Rouedich'; to hold from the grantor for ever, rendering annually one arrow at Michaelmas in lieu of all services.
