Description

Grant by Robert Hasteng to Laurence son of John of Nuthurst, for homage and service, of one-quarter part of land of the assart there, namely that which Thomas the reeve held, lying between the land of the church of Nuthurst and two acres of Henry de Wistanescroft. To hold from Robert by suit and service owed, except foreign service of the King, as far as pertains to that holding in that fee. Paying yearly 1d. at Michaelmas and 1d. at Lady Day. For which grant Laurence has paid 2s. Warranty clause.
