Conveyance by lease and release from Catherine Walker of Huntingdon spinster to Sir Thomas Trollop of Caswick, Lincs., bart. and John Abell of Stilton, Hunts., clerk of a messuage or farmhouse in Lapworth Hill in Lapworth with all buildings and lands called the Home Close, Rough Close, the Coppice, Broom Close, Peartree Close, the little New Close or stile, Leew Leasowes, Great Leasowes or Great Close called Meadow Leyes, Calses close, Beryy Field, the Fallow or Ollars, the Pool and meadowground containing 6 acres and a lane for right of way into certain of the said lands or closes in Lapworth; also 3 closes called Moorfeildes lying together in Nuthurst in Hampton in Arden with buildings and woods in Worcestershire; also lands called Middle Rudding, Grasse Rudding, the meadows and the coppice in Yardley [Worcs.] and also a close called Shackle Rudding in Yardley; also a messuage called Barnhill house with buildings and lands belonging to the same, being 3 closes called the meadow, the Beane close and the Brook steiid [sic] in Kings Norton, Worcs., and other closes there called Lea close and Holly field, 2 closes called Gildnass lying together in the same; with all woods belonging to the said Catherine for all this property in Lapworth Hill, Lapworth, Nuthurst, Arden, Yardley and Kings Norton; to hold to uses to be directed by the said Catherine, or in absence of such uses to the said Catherine and her heirs for ever.
