Description

Covenant between John Dinham of Spalding, Lincs., and Catherine his wife, formerly Catherine Walker, and Thomas Trollop of Caswick, Lincs., bart., being a conveyance from the said Catherine to the said Thomas of the property described in DR37/1/2258-2259, recited and reciting also the death of John Abell, trustee under the conveyance recited; to hold to the use of the said John Dinham for his life, then to the use of the said Catherine for her life, should she survive the said John, then to hold the property described in Worcestershire, in Yardley and Kingsnorton to the use of Samuel the eldest son of the said John and Catherine, the remainder of the property, after the deaths of the said John and Catherine, to hold to the use of John Dinham, youngest son of the said John and Catherine, and the other younger children of the said John and Catherine.
