Description

Quitclaim by William de Wistanescroft of Tanworth to Richard his son, of that messuage which Stephen 'Falcarius' holds of him in Nuthurst, with land lying towards the land which Thomas son of Alan formerly held and the hole land which the same Stephen holds of him. To hold to said Richard and his heirs in perpetuity with power of sale except to religious. For which Richard has given 14s. 12d. rent at two terms.
