Description
Contract between Henry son of Roger of Nuthurst and Alice Frost, daughter of Richard Frost, whereby Alice makes over to Henry one plot of land in the town of Nuthurst for 16 years commencing at Michaelmas at a yearly rent of 161/2d. at two terms. For which grant Henry has paid Alice 7s. Warranty clause. Witnesses: Roger de Nuthurst, William de Fonte, Richard Wistan, Hereman de Nuthurst, Adam Clerk of the same.
