Description

Grant by Thomas Aleyn of Nuthurst, with the consent and free will of Juliana his wife, to Richard le Tayllour of Beaudesert and Alice his wife, for 16s. silver, of a certain piece of land in Nuthurst lying between Le Rudynges on one side and the highway from Henley to Tanworth on the other. To hold of the chief lord of the fee in perpetuity paying annually to John Bosse and his heirs 2d. at two terms for all services if demanded.
