Bargain and sale by William Parsons, Tanworth, yeoman to Richard Fulwood, Tanworth, esquire, for £50 of pasture or meadow called Sysleyfyldes and one little parcel of land adjoining called le foxholles in Nuthurst, between the land of one John Sydnall on the north called Sysleyfyldes, a lane from Hockley heath to Fareley crosse on the east and land of said Richard Fulwood on all other sides. All which lands William Parsons purchased of one Roger Bragge, whose father Humphrey Bragge purchased them of one Robert Fulwood of Little Arden, gentleman, deceased. Covenant to produce title deeds.
