Bargain and sale by Roger Bragge, Nuthurst, tanner, to William Parsons, Tanworth, yeoman, for 40 marks of all that croft or pasture with meadow in Nuthurst called Seseley fyeld and foxe yearths now in the occupation of the said Roger Bragge and which lie between the land of Edmund Fulwood, gentleman, called Hubley Daniell on the west and the king's highway leading from a certain cross called Faseley Cross towards a certain heath called Hockley Heath on the east; in length from land of John Fulwood, gentleman, called Siseley fyeld on the north and land formerly of Edmund Fulwood called Foxeholles on the south.
